In a way forward for completion of Dwarka Expressway, the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Tuesday disposed the petition related to general power of attorney (GPA) oustees. The rehabilitation of oustees, crucial for completion for expressway, was hold up due to this petition. \u201cDecks was cleared for completion of pendingstretch of Dwarka Expressway as HC disposed the petition related to allotment of alternative plots to GPA oustees,\u201d said Huda administrator Yashpal Yadav adding that they will try to complete the rehabilitation of oustees by April 10.<\/p>\n
